Create or streamline existing standard operating procedures (SOPs), so that everything can be completed consistently without you having to double-check everything
Evaluate business processes and make them more time-efficient time and financially efficient, increasing your return on investment
Analyze and organize CRM tags, segments, and client lists
Organize file management via Google Drive, Dropbox, or Amazon S3
Weekly strategy call to help focus and prioritize our time for the week and to look ahead
Build
Collaboratively evaluate current funnels and determine modifications for existing opt-ins and/or the creation of new opt-ins
Implement organic growth strategies for Facebook pages and groups
Coordinate with Facebook ads contractor to oversee and analyze ad performance
Utilize existing and new content to grow footprint via blogs, social media, and YouTube, maximizing the return on investment for each piece of content

Collaboratively design launches for the growth of the business
Project management of launches from market research all the way to onboarding of clients
Coordinate project tasks with all team members and report to you
Create or oversee the creation of landing and sales pages
