This is why I offer my 90-Day Strategic Plan Package. I will come alongside you and help you to make out a 90-day plan and then guide you in implementing the plan as well.
When you have a strategic plan, it calms the chaos by empowering you to give direction to your energy and focus. It allows you to see everything in its proper perspective. You will no longer spin your wheels trying to decide which of the 20 things on your plate you need to work on today.
Here is how I’ll help you craft a clear vision and plan for the next 90 days.
We will start with a pre-planning meeting and a client questionnaire that will get me up to speed with the foundational components of your business.
We will then have a 4 hour call where we will co-create your 90-day plan.
After the call, I will take the plan and create an easy to implement step-by-step plan as well as an audit of your business.
We will then have a follow-up call where I will walk you through the plan and how to implement it. My goal is for you to be completely comfortable with not only the plan but also the implementation.
I offer an additional level of support where you can upgrade to three follow up calls .
